Be sure to stay on Disney property. It is worth anything extra it might cost. We learned the hard way, as we used to stay out on hotel row. I believe it was Highway 192. :mickey:

Being Disney Store girls back in 1996 we decided it was time to make a trip to California to see Disneyland. The Hunchback of Nortre Dame was the new movie. Well, here was a mini stage play of Hunchback at Disneyland. We spent most of our time sitting on the ground watching The Festival of Fools per...

How many times have you been to Disneyland?

I have been to The Happiest Place On Earth 2 times. But, I am happy to be able to say I have seen where Walt walked. I love WDW but Disneyland is so AWESOME. If I lived closer I would be there all the time. We flew once and took the train the second time. I live in Michigan. How far do you have to t...

How many times have you been to WDW? How far did you travel

Once I turned 31 I started my treks to Walt Disney World. I have been there 21 times. I live in Michigan. When the 'ex' was still with us he would drive us to FL. We generally rode for 17 hours. The only stops were for gas, rest rooms and food. We did this in a 1978 Bronco without a/c. But, we were ...

Hmmm! I prefer the ride at WDW but the queue at Disneyland is far superior! The ride at Disneyland is way too fast for chicken me. Although, during one trip to WDW the kids and tricked the 'ex' into riding Big Thunder. Oh, what a great time the 3 of us had laughing at the 'ex.' He screamed all the w...

I worked for 10 months in an actual Disney Store. That was so super since I don't live close to WDW or Disneyland. But, if I could work at one of the parks I would take any job. To work for Mickey Mouse at a park would be the ultimate in jobs. :mickey: Too make guests happy when they visit would be ...

My daughter wrote that we had 63 Figments around the house. When actually we had 75 Figments. At one point the bathroom was completely Mickey Mouse. Now we have a Brer' Rabbit shower curtain. My daughter still sleeps with the stuffed Mickey Mouse we bought for her on her first trip to WDW in 1979. M...
