I second that! Can anyone enlighten us midwest/east coasters as to what kind of tracks are played at the Grand Californian?

I think Sub did that last year, too... played HM, Boo to You parade, etc, all day, if I recall correctly. A repeat this year would be great! I don't think we had a full day of Halloween tracks, I don't think we even did a full day of Christmas tracks (and we have twice as many of those)... but, if ...

I just checked and I couldn't find any Dapper Dans tracks on the playlist. Does anyone have some to upload?

I'm in the same boat as you, billville . We were going back and forth, back and forth, trying to decide. We finally came to the conclusion that we should just try it and see if we save anything. We'll keep track this trip of what we would have spent without the plan and compare it after the trip. We...

Wow, that's really cool. I love barbershop music and we always catch the Dapper Dans when we go to MK. I love to see a pic of you with them.

They all present a unique experience. I'd say overall through it would be MK-Splash Mountain, EC-Mission Space, DHS-ToT, AK-Everest (even though I haven't been on it yet).

Speaking of TGIF... the Family Matters "Going to Disney World" episodes will be on Wednesday. Anyone else Tivo these shows? They are definitely a guilty pleasure of mine.

lucky it is a great inconvience, I half of time don't even watch it because of the having to hold space for over a hour. I would rather be on rides then waiting. That's the worst part of Illuminations, having to hold a decent place for the show. For Wishes, since it's overhead, you can still get de...

I hope that merchandise is still around for awhile, at least until April 2008 for our trip. I wonder, though, is this just a 25th anniversary thing or something that will stick around?

Those are some of my favorites, too. Grofe was a great composer; right up there with Copland in defining an "American" sound.

I've been to a private dessert buffet for Illuminations and it was honestly one of the highlights of any Disney trip ever! Me, too! My brother-in-law got married at WDW and we had a private dessert reception in the patio area below UK. It was awesome. I am always amazed by Illuminations, but watchi...

We always stay on-site at Wilderness Lodge. Once we stayed at FW in one of the cabins due to the number of people we had on that trip. We love that theming of WL and it just really suits us well. Location is great, too. Close enough to MK to feel like part of the action, yet a nice getaway as well. ...
