I'll jump in and add that you should book CP alongside the dinner package offered, especially if you're on the dining plan. If you have the chance to resort hop the Wilderness Lodge, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Yacht Club and Grand Floridian are especially magical at Christmas.

You'd be remiss to go at Christmas and not book tickets for this party - it's a do not miss.

This is really a tough question so I'm going to list my favorites by a few resorts. :P

AKL - Boma
WL - Artist Point
Contemporary - California Grill
Yacht Club - Yachtsman
Beach Club - Beaches & Cream 8-)
Polynesian - 'Ohana
Grand Floridian - Citricos

If I could only pick one? Boma!

Great photos, Jarrett - I was there last weekend after my DCL trip - The Disney Channel stars were staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and were all over the lobby taking photos and giving autographs.

I'll look forward to reading more and seeing more photos. :mickey:

My full time job is managing the corporate staffing function for a F500 company, but my passion is my "side job" which is a travel consultant specializing in Disney vacations. :D

We've actually been considering a cruise for our next Disney vacation, but haven't really been on a true cruise before. Is it worth skipping the parks to hit the cruise lines? :?: Absolutey it's worth skipping the resort for a DCL trip. But better yet, look into a 3 day/4night land/sea package wher...

The Toy Story show was good, not the best ever, but enjoyable. Pictures are still on my camera - but I took over 1000!

Had lunch there last Wednesday and it was an amazing experience. Had the egg rolls for an appetizer, the Maple Tamarind Chicken for entree and we split the fried wontons for dessert. The theming of the restaurant is amazing and I thought the food was top notch. Highly recommend it.

Just back from 3 nights on The Wonder

Had a great time! Castaway Cay is amazing and DCL is a superior cruise line! 8-) Wish I was still there - reality bites today.

Really, all the savanna views are great - we particularly enjoy the Arusha savanna along the Zebra Trail at least pre-construction (we've not stayed at AKL since they begain the DVC overlay).

Personally, I can't imagine going to WDW without my spouse or child. Hubby and I have often talked about flying down there for a long weekend, but can never bring ourselves to do it alone! My wife and I have been to WDW quite a few times without our children - as much as we adore traveling to WDW w...
