Re: "Now Playing" list for other streams?

I'm almost a 100% background listener. Right now there is a track playing I've never heard before. Sounds a lot like an Aaron Copland piece, something from the Wilderness Lodge loop maybe. Anyways, I've noticed some newer stuff playing on this stream and I'm loving it. Totally transports me out of t...

Recently became EPCOT for me. The Magic Kingdom has lost its luster for me.

Re: Sit down Restaurants

I always book between a month and 2 weeks out. I've never been able to get a reservation at Le Cellier or O'hana. Other than that I've been able to make almost everything.

Re: Jimmy Buffett Concert alert!!

Due to the title I thought this thread was a warning trying to help the public avoid the concert at all costs. Can't stand Jimmy Buffet. Tommy Bahama shirts and cheap margarita mix. Yuck.

Re: What ride/attraction won't you ride?

So its a unique centrifuge with buttons. Haha. Honestly my family never even goes over to Future World East. Ellen is outdated and loooooong. Mission Space: meh, and may just be bad luck but test track has been closed due to technical difficulties the past 3 times we've gotten fast passes. If only t...

Re: Favorite Resort Restaurant?

I love Kona and Boma. I tend to like the resort restaurants for breakfast more than dinner. Boma is the standout for breakfast. So many more options than any other restaurant in WDW. For dinner I love going to the Poly hanging out at the tambu lounge and having the delicious bread at kona, along wit...

Re: What ride/attraction won't you ride?

Mission Space. Partly in respect to Horizons, but mostly because I think its just a plain bad ride. The graphics are pretty bad, the story doesn't make sense, and I was just totally disapointed that this ride was a centrifuge with buttons and a tv.

+1 For the American Adventure. I can only watch zooming in and out of pictures for so long. Total snoozefest.

Re: Best Beers in WDW

I'm a "BIG" Big River fan!! I live in Chattanooga and it's my HOMETOWN beer. Chattanooga is where Big River started!! I have a WDW (Boardwalk) Big River shirt and when ever I go downtown wearing it, they give me a free pint. That shirt has paid for itself many times over. I love doing &qu...

Best Beers in WDW

I'm a homebrewer that is completely obsessed with beer and WDW. What are everyones favorite beers in WDW? Places to have a beer? My number one currently wold be Bohemia in Mexico's San Angel Inn. Its an awesome bohemian pilsener perfect for hot Florida days. Another great one is the Schofenhoffer He...

1. Your kids know the words to extinct attraction theme songs. My five year old loves little orange bird and Listen to the Land. (I know technically not extinct, now Livin' with the land.) 2. You can sing along with the yodeling background music in Fantasyland. 3. You can recite the entire script of...

Re: Favorite Resort Lobby

This one is sooooo hard for me. So I'll just say what I like about my favorites. I think the Boardwalk would be at the top for me. There is just something about the theme of this resort that I love. I love the music, the view of the lake, the smell (yes it has a smell). I have fond memories of this ...

Re: Who else loves the buses at WDW?

Floridian that always has a car on property here. I avoid the buses like the plague. The only time I'll ride the bus is if I'm going to and from the MK during not "rush hour" times. Waiting in a line of 100 people when I first wake up and hoping I squeeze in a bus, so I don't have to wait ...

Never heard about the asbestos. But Jim Hill did mention that there are major sinkhole problems. If you remember a few longhouses underwent some major construction a while back fix some sinking buildings. Check out the disney dish by touringplans.com with Len Testa and Jim Hill. I believe episode 2 ...
