Re: Sleep over at one of WDW parks, where would you pick??

I would like to set up camp right in the middle of Main Street (after all other guests have exited of course)...I can imagine nothing better than falling asleep after enjoying a nice vanilla ice cream cone as the Wishes! exit music loops, all while looking down Main Street at that amazing icon...Upo...

Re: favourite atractions

Very tough...I removed several attractions trying to limit it to what I would have to see if I had a very limited time... Animal Kingdom: Kilimanjaro Safaris Finding Nemo Expedition Everest Dinosaur DHS: Toy Story Midway Mania Fantasmic The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Walt ...

Re: Where is your Favorite place to sit and listen to the mu

I would say my favorite would be grabbing a dole whip and heading to Main Street to find a spot somewhere between Casey's and the Emporium to wait for the afternoon parade. What time is the 3:00 parade? :goofy: We are usually there during the summer months and if you position yourself just right, yo...

Re: Favorite interaction with a cast member?

I have two that really stand out in my mind.... 1. Back in 2010, me and my older two children (DD11 & DS9 at the time) had just arrived at the Magic Kingdom to take advantage of evening extra magic hours. It had been raining pretty heavy for a few hours and the ground was very wet...as we were f...

Re: Ending a trip to WDW

We have somewhat of a tradition on our last day. We always book a late evening flight to allow us to visit the Magic Kingdom for a good portion of the day. The last day always starts with breakfast at Crytal Palace. We then hit up the kids choice attractions (1 per child). We endulge in our favorite...

Re: Disney Moms Panel

To be honest, I think the "Mom's Panel" could learn a thing or two from this site based on the thought and effort that go into some of the posts listed here. Who better to answer questions about Disney than the fans of Subsonic??? :goofy_bounce:

Re: Spectromagic or The Electric Light Parade?

This is a tough one.....ELP was amazing to watch as a child, but there is something about Spectromagic. Watching the faces of my wife and children during their first trip in 2004 as Spectromagic rolled through was amazing. The ELP music will always bw something special to me, but I think at this poi...

Re: Which park has the best music?

I am torn between Epcot and MK. Epcot because I love the music throughout Future World, but MK has my all time favorite.."Main Street Loop." No matter how many times I visit or how old I get, this loop always takes me back to my childhood visits to WDW.

Re: mickey's backyard bbq question

My family and I went to MBYBBQ back in 2006 and decided then that we would never go again. At that time our children were 7 & 4. The food was was nothing more than ok....fatty ribs, cold hot hot dogs and hamburgers. It was basically an open dance hall with a live band. There was no real one on o...

Re: Back home blues...what do you do?

So last night I converted all of my video footage to DVD and started working on a full vacation video using photos, video and audio clips. Based on all of your responses, I have decided to start on a trip report. I will start working on this while I am working through the vacation video. I'll get th...

Back home blues...what do you do?

Just returned from 10 days in WDW and am really struggling with the reality that vacation is over. What do you do to keep that vacation feeling alive? I spent the weekend creating a DVD using photos and video taken while we were there and plan to work on a scrapbook next. Already talking about when ...

Funny you should mention that, just purchased a 1TB external HD over the weekend to store music, video clips and home movie footage (all Disney of course). I think it is great to read through all of the posts and laugh at how many things other people do that I find myself doing and then wondering, a...
