I completely agree with Soarin08. A rant will get you nowhere. I work in customer service and I am more inclined to help people that are polite then rude or just ranting about things. I'm from the UK and we don't have these phone booths anymore so it's a real nice to treat so see these around at epcot when I come to visit. Epcot reminds me so much of my childhood because I spent so much time there it's awesome that some of our heritage is built into the park :-).

I have been going to WDW since 1989 and I have never experience hall of presidents. It was closed on my last visit earlier this month and will be closed on my next visit in March 09. But hopefully will be open in September when i go for Food & Wine Festival.

You can get the album in Once Upon A Toy At Downtown Disney. I saw it the other day in there plus in Emporium on Main Street.

I love this attraction and have done since i first went in 1986. I does need a spring clean and things do need to be changed. I hope they put the christmas version in so I can see that as have never seen that version.

POFQ is loads better also with CS there will be alot of walking involved for your family. Just look at the resort map.
