Told you it was easy. How about one more: what was Walt's term for major landmarks that kept people moving through the parks?

I voted for the Matterhorn, but if there is a separate category for safety videos, I definitely agree that Star Tours wins by a mile - that hair!

I agree on the Tiki Room - it's one of my favorites. I also like to get a drink and sit in the courtyard seating area of Cafe Orleans. Particularly if one of the live acts is playing.

New to this thread, but I love Disney trivia. Here's an easy one: where did the organ in Disneyland's Haunted Mansion come from?

Anyone know if the dragon is now working or not? I've seen the new fireworks, but I want to see the new dragon. I may go just for Flotsam/Jetsam and the new croc, but having the new dragon working as well would be icing on the cake.

I definitely agree with the posters above about trying to put too much "plot" and too many characters into the re-vamp. When the ride originally opened, I'd never seen any of the "Star Wars" films (I think I was 6). I still loved the ride. I appreciated it more after I'd seen the...

I saw the new show back in June and they had both Tink and Dumbo flying. It was a Friday, though I'm not sure if that matters. It might be a matter of wind/air quality whether they use both. As for the show, it's not bad, but it certainly is no "Remember..." The music is a bit too disjoint...

I've got the "Little Known Facts" book as well - it's very cute and well laid out.

Of course, after years of study, I not only know the "7 secrets" and the "10 secrets," but also more than 75% of the "little known facts" as well!

I like the original ears the best, though I'm tempted the next time I go to Club 33 to buy the Club 33 ears (yes, they have them). They are just like the classic ears, but they have the club logo embroidered on the front. I recently went to a bachelorette party at Disneyland - we got the bride the v...

It's definitely a personality thing - my father always complains about how the "real thing is better" (i.e., real river rafting, a real safari, etc.), but for me, it's a great place to go on a Friday evening, even if it's by myself. I work 10 minutes from the park, so I drive over, and jus...

As an APer, I'll admit to a biased opinion, but I love the Aladdin show particularly for that original song (probably cut from one of the movies) that Jasmine sings - "To Be Free" - I want a copy of that song!

Gosh, I hope they're finally doing something with this. I have a bumper sticker from back in 2001 that promises a "Tatooine Express" overhaul that never came to fruition. I do find it incredibly ironic that George Lucas, the man who insisted on exacting technical specifications for the the...

I think I might just have achieved pass Nirvana this year: I got the deluxe pass they offered at Costco with the $50 gift card, and then my pass expired the day after my birthday. I showed up on my birthday, got the Deluxe pass, used the $50 for the parking, and then got a $69 "birthday fun car...

As to the eating/drinking issue: originally, they did not allow eating/drinking (I think it was even part of the spiel at the time). I think they've just become more relaxed about that issue, and realized that they sell way more Dole Whip and Dole Whip Floats if they allow people to then e...

I voted for the Dolphin not because of the decor (ugly) or the food choices (limited), but for one very important reason (especially for those of us from the West Coast who are jet lagged) - the Swan and Dolphin are Westin hotels, and they have awesome beds and pillows. We're talking m...
