I think it's working as planned. The idea was to allow more of a variety people to make requests, not necessarily to reduce the average length of the queue. Even though the queue is 6 hours long today, it's comprised of requests from many different people, not just a handful.

If you have nothing queued, you can request any song, no matter how long it is. So, if you want to request a song that is longer than 60 minutes you must request it first. You can make more requests after that song has finished playing.

You may doubt it. Doesn't mean it's not true. I can't think of a station offered in the resorts which is as controversial as Fox News. It's possible that WDW doesn't carry the FNC because they don't like it...I just think it's unlikely. Obviously ericpabear and I disagree on the merits of the quest...

This is very true; there are also some other not-Disney/ABC stations on the dial there, including the (very cool, imo) Asian and German channels, depending on your hotel.
