IMHO, best soup (the crab bisque) and best dessert (Chocolate Wave Cake).

I'm not big on fish, but their mahi-mahi was better than the one I had at the California Grill.

I think when it comes to theming and keeping you distracted, Kilimanjaro Safari does a good job as does the Great Movie Ride...having short films playing is a nice distraction, even if the video is "edutainment" :D

Universal does this for their hotel guest fast pass system. They print the date that the cards are active for in very large print. I was around two as well, but I remember nothing of the trip. I think that my parents left me with a sitter in the room for a good portion of the trip. Luckily, I had enough trips later in my life to make up for the lost memories. :D
