Never go at Christmastime! 60+ minute wait for Peter Pan's Flight...sigh. Definitely not worth it (sorry PP lovers!)
Longest wait was probably Soarin though (90+).

Yes, the refurb was greatly needed! I was worried that they'd incorporate stuff from the movie or change things dramatically, but all the changes were great!
