I agree with Stormalong Bay at the Yacht and Beach Club. That is awesome! I haven't stayed at the Boardwalk, but that pool looks a lotta fun- the waterslide looks cool.

port orleans french quarter is a great resort. One of the best features is the boat to Downtown Disney! You are also allowed to use the facilities at Riverside aswell, e.g. the pools, etc. I would suggest to take a horse-drawn carriage ride! The Dapper Dans are great! I find that it is just by luck if you manage to see them on Main Street! When it was my dad's birthday he got sung to by the Dapper Dans. So if it is your birthday, make sure you get a birthday pin and the Dapper Dans will pick you out of the crowd!

Apparently the Disneyland castle and the Hong Kong castle are replicas of one another. 8)
