Definately thought the Keys to the Kindgom tour was worth it. Alot of walking. As far as the hand sorting thing goes, it was defintely for recycling and reclamation. They have this giant incincerator that burns everything that is combustible which saves money. It was also interesting to hear all the...

I think this must be a new one. The chorus ends with "the most magical place on earth is here" and there is a line about "magic wrapped up in pixie dust, welcome to a place where dreams come true" I have a small clip from the video camera. We got there a little late and only caug...

Generally the last day you end up paying for any meals that you eat because of how the plan starts the day you get there. We have found that with children over 10 years old the dining plan isnt economical, however we have learned to work the system. Our 12 year old eats like a bird and it makes more...

The holiday cruise was awesome! If you will be on the ship for Christmas day, remember stockings. Saw one family set up all their stockings outside their stateroom door with all their names on them. Was really cute.

You definately will get sick of food on this food plan. We don't normally order appetizers and desserts but they are included. At first it was great to try new things but most portions are very large and by the end of the week we were giving our desserts away or taking them with for later evening sn...

We live in Illinois and have averaged 3 trips per year over the last 5 years. Generally they are 4 day trips but its kind of an addiction. Every 3 or 4 months we start to get that itch and luckily we have gotten some really good flight prices on the spur of the moment. Also helps being in the Vacati...

Absolutely LOVE the dining plan! And when its free its even better. It has really opened up options for those of us on a budget. We have tried restuarants that we never would have tried because we thought they were too expensive. Went to the LeCellier in EPCOT Canada and my meal alone would have bee...

My favorite Disney memory happened about 10 years ago. It was our daughters first trip to Disney. We had primed her with movies and cassettes of music so she would be very familiar. On our last night there we were leaving the MK and taking the monorail out. We managed to get the drivers car and were...

With kids you almost definately have to do laundry. While its not my fav thing to do, everyone appreciates a fresh pair of socks after walking the park all day. My crazy family will change socks 2-3 times in the course of a day. No way am I going to pack that many. Plus, at the Vacation Club resorts...

Our family has been very fortunate. We voted 21-30 times. Went as a kid less than a handful of times when it first opened. Went when I got married for our honeymoon then again every five years. When we hit the 10 year mark we were able to return every year. Decided that buying into the Vacation Club...

My Disney tradition: I have obtained an engraved Charm for a bracelet for my wife with the date of each trip. Started with the silver Mickey icon, for awhile they were hard to find and had to substitute, but they are back (more expensive, but back). Its been fun to see the bracelet fill up with each...

Went on the Keys to the Kingdom tour in April and got to see the disposal system for the MK. After seeing what the sanitation CM's have to do, I have an all new respect for them. Did you know that every single piece of garbage is HAND sorted?

Thanks for the welcome. I am so hoping someone knows the name of that music. I have had the song in my head for ages (since May when we actually got to the park in time for the opening ceremony.) I would so love to get my hands on that song. It just puts me in a good mood!
