Re: LittleBit's Pre-trip report
The boys were driving me nuts today and came very close to threatening to cancel the trip. It wasn't anything big, but they were acting very impatient and annoying because they didn't get their ways on certain things and I just had flash forwards of us on the trip. Yikes! At least you know you have...

... Resorts I'm drawing a blank on what this is called, but the puffed and fried doughnuts from POFQ. Baguettes, maybe? It sounds like you are talking about beignets ~ I've never had them but I've heard other people say they are quite tasty. I would prefer the baguette ~ that's a tasty skinny frenc...

Re: What do you do to get your family in the Mood?
We just finished it and the first words out of my DS12s mouth was to ask if he could take it to Grandma's with them tomorrow when they spend the night. So I guess I might have to buy the DVD.

Re: What do you do to get your family in the Mood?
Just had to share something with you guys. One of my favorite of the live action movies has always been Swiss Family Robinson, I saw it after my dad took me to Adventureland when the rest of of our group rode Peter Pan (Which I was scared to death of ) and bought me my first Pineapple whip and we wa...

That is very true. I wouldn't be surprised if when I receive my package documents in a few weeks, some will fall out when we open it.Amy wrote:Whoops But I think the whole resort is sprinkled in magic pixie dust?!?! DLITTLEBIT wrote: Way to tarnish the pixie dust Amy.

Re: What ride/attraction won't you ride?
If there is not wait for the Speedway, we go! It takes me back to my childhood! :D That is why I like them! Mom gave them up a few years back since they are difficult for her to get in and out of. That is the saddest thing about aging I think is knowing you have to give up things for your own safet...

Re: LittleBit's Pre-trip report
Our plans are a little different from yours. It will be 3 adults going - me, my husband & mom. We're still deciding between 2 sets of dates - 10/17-10/21 or 10/24-10/29. I had to make park plans in advance b/c we would like to do the dining plan & that means advance reservations. Arrival da...

Re: What ride/attraction won't you ride?
Mine has to be RNR. I just hate the idea of inversions and corkscrews. I also won't go on the Kali River Rapids. I don't like the idea of potentially getting soaked from head to toe. Speaking of getting soaked, last time we went I insisted we ride Kali River Rapids because it was the only ride at A...

Re: LittleBit's Pre-trip report
Wow glad to see you have that all figured out already. You definitely want to make sure that you end your stay with the MK. There is no other way to end a Disney vacation other than by leaving MK on the last night. If Disney is running two MSEP performances, I would advise staying for the late one....

Re: What ride/attraction won't you ride?
Hmmm, I'll ride anything. I haven't been since they added Mission Space or Expedition Everest but I'll try them the next time I go. I usually pysch myself out pretty good in the queue in Tower of Terror but I enjoy the actual ride once I'm on it. I'll ride anything as well, the Speedway always seem...

What ride/attraction won't you ride?
Whether you've never riden or rode it once and never will again, what ride would someone have to drag you on kicking and screaming? Or if you are that adamant, what ride do you simply have no desire to ride? Mine is the Astro Orbiter and the Speedway. When I was a kid it was Peter Pan, I was scared ...
