You guys are going to think I'm absolutely crazy...... But I love the smell of the Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay lake. It has a certain earthy smell to it (particular to Disney), that takes me back to when I was a kid (staying at Ft. Wilderness) and you could actually SWIM in the lake (and river countr...

We love Pop Century. It's a walk down memory lane for hubby and I and we get a kick out of having to explain things to the kids when they say "What's that?".

I definitely think Typhoon Lagoon is better for kids. You have the wave pool that you can watch and go out in the shallows, you have the sand they can play in, and the shark pool to look at. I've been to both many times and I think Typhoon Lagoon is more enjoyable if you aren't looking at going on ...

Fairy Godmother in the parades or a Jungle Cruise skipper, I love the line about sending unruly children to Small World!

Get rid of the sorcerer's hat @ MGM! I'd love to see Mr. Toad and the submarine ride return to WDW (the original, not Nemo!)

Pirates. Haunted Mansion scared me when I was a kid ( 1971) and I've just recently started riding it because I want to and not just to be riding with the family. I love the hairy leg in Pirates!

6 days is all we can stay right now because I'm only allowed to take one weeks vacation at a time even though I have over a month built up. I guess we'll just have to keep making 6 day visits until the nursing shortage is resolved or I retire...LOL.

Stitch, for sure. But they should replace it with another Stitch-in-space themed ride, imo, because I really like Lilo and Stitch. I agree. I've only been on the ride once because smelling chili dog burps once was too many times for me. I would like to see something else with Lilo and Sti...

May favorite memory is probably a bit strange but it's funny to me. My first Disney World trip we stayed @ Ft. Wilderness in a cab over camper (quite the rage in the early seventies). It was very small. Dad had installed a full-legnth mirror on the inside of the bathroom door, but the bathroom was s...
