An interesting topic. We went to DLRP over the Christmas season and whilst mainstreet, the castle and most of the restaurants were Christmas themed the rides were not at all. It was also interesting to see that most of the Christmas Trees in the park didn't have any lights on them, just decorations....

I have just returned from Disneyland Paris and loved the loop that is played on Main Street (the Christmas loop), it doesn't appear to be on SR, does anybody have it?

What great photos - it's great to see historical picture of the parks (and to laugh at the fashions )

I agree the sign saying that you are WDW is a little sad, you would have thought they would have had something a lot better.

How often do you listen? Usually at least once a week - normally Friday If you listen, which stream do you listen to? I think you are right with that answer as that's what is sounds like on the track and the date things makes sense too.

The rumors I've been hearing is they are going to wait till 2011-2012 for the next one, 40th of WDW . They will be doing short "Celebrations" between now and then (a few weeks to a few months) But the huge year long ones are over till 2011 (late in the year I would guess, since WDW opened...

As has been mentioned elsewhere, a second request stream would be really good.

But surely if I come to the request station and notice that I am not going to get my request in for 5 hours, I'm not going to bother requesting. The two are synonymous.

Not sure that this has made much of a difference at all. Has anybody suggested the idea of limiting the amount of requests each member can have in the queue at any time? If we were only allowed say 1 piece in the whole queue at any time even if the amount of people logged in was 20, the queue could ...

Mmm some interesting ideas. I will be interested to see if this makes any difference. I'm afraid that I don't think it will and that the best idea are the suggested above about having multiple request channels.
