Gotta agree with everyone else. If you can afford it, then DEFINITELY get the hopper. We hop every day on every trip. By visiting 2 parks every day, we feel like we've stretched our vacations. In other words, some of our trips have only been for 3 days. But we went to the parks 6 times. Makes it fee...

Spirit of Aloha

Made my reservations for the Spirit of Aloha show at the Poly in August. Gave my kids the option of either the Luau (which they chose), or the Hoop de Doo music review.

I got category 1 seats. What advice can you give me?

I'll never understand

Why do people request Christmas music in April??? Sorry, but that just makes me turn off the station.

On the Value level Pop Century is so much better than the All Stars. The bus service is better (if you're at the AS and the bus fills up at Sports but you're staying at Music, well too bad for you) I couldn't disagree more with you. We've stayed at all of the Values, and Pop Century is the only one...

That's horrible! The pictures look like the entire front of the Disney Bus is gone. How can something like this happen? Prayers for the families.

If I was sad because I heard about the Crash I could sue??? That just seems silly! Of course that was an exaggeration... but not really too far off base. I would be willing to be that some people who were there that night with their kids would sue for the "emotional trauma" they suffered ...

August 8-15. First-ever stay at Disney's Swan Resort. Can't wait to finally stay at an Epcot Resort! We'll be on the Boardwalk every night.

Our favorite snacks:

- Dole Whip at the MK.
- Smores at the Tune-in Lounge at DHS.
- Popcorn anywhere (but mostly at the cart in Africa at the AK).
- Mickey-shaped ice cream anywhere in the world.
- Hot Pretzel at Germany Pavilion in Epcot.

I think we all have our own ideas about what the "ideal" resort would be. For our family, it would be either the Beach Club or the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Most others would tell you that the "best" resorts would be on the MK Monorail Line. If that is true, then the Grand Floridian ...

I'm no attorney, but I think the Disney Corp cannot admit fault at this time. Otherwise, they would get clobbered in civil suits. Ultimately, I think they will settle with the family, but won't ever admit negligence. If they DID admit that it was their fault, then they would receive tons of lawsuits...

Snap my fingers, and I find myself having a Brat and a Beer at Somerfest in the Germany Pavilion at Epcot (of course, I'm hungry right now. Ask me later, and I'll be at the head of the queue for Soarin').

First off, we wouldn't put ourselves into this position. If we only had three days, then we'd parkhop and hit each park at least once... if not twice in our three days. But since you posed a hypothetical question, for our family, we would skip the Magic Kingdom. The AK, Epcot, and DHS would be our t...

I'm very fond of the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Croissant at the Sunshine Seasons Grill in the "Land Pavilion" at Epcot. Awesome breakfast sandwich, and it's in the perfect location to grab one after the mad-dash to Soarin' for the first FastPass of the day!

Absolutely, it is worth it! Especially if you live in the north. The weather is perfect, and the beautiful colors of the flowers is a refreshing change from the dreary northern winters in Michigan.
