Re: What rides have you been stuck on when they broke down?

My first trip to WDW was 1983 (ah the glory days - an original EPCOT Center...) and the one thing I remember is getting stuck on Space Mountain. We were in the launch tunnel with the flashing blue lights before you make the turn up the lift hill. It was my dad and I at the end of the night. I was as...

Re: Demand pricing?

Technically, it is for neither, the only surveys that went out are allegedly to DLR people. Not sure what you mean? I received the survey and only visit WDW. Not sure what the reason I was picked was as I'm an AP holder, Disney VISA holder, DVC member, and recently did a cash hotel stay. That said,...

As with many, Mission Space: Orange. The centrifuge and spinning make me sick. We do green to experience the ride.

There are also several sites that will convert youtube videos to .mp3 or other file types if you want to capture for iTunes and the like.

Re: Who else misses Horizons at EPCOT Center?

Epcot ceased being Epcot to me in 1994 when the whole "Epcot '94" campaign started. Once 1999 rolled around it really died. Unfortunatley, I don't think the next generation, those who didn't grow up with EPCOT Center would embrace the Edutainment aspect like it tried to offer. I think long...

Re: Your favorite park in Disney World

Epcot. And to some of the previous questions, mostly Future World but some World Showcase. I relish my memories of EPCOT Center before 1994. 1993 may have been its best year. All pavilions firing no want, no "Epcot '94", no shuttered or decimated pavilions... Anyway, it's still my favorite...

We went in 2007, planned to go again in Oct 2010. Since then we went in Feb 2009 and Jan 2010. Next tri...

Early Magic Hour at AK for Safari, over to MK to ride the mountains and then to Epcot for the remainder of the day.

Since that's not likely realistic with wait times, I'd probably just go to Epcot for the day.

Such a good question! I don't even know where our quiet spot would be? Typically our resort is our quiet place. We're very fortunate to utilize the DVC and typically have a nice room to relax in.

Otherwise, SSE is honestly one of my favorites to sit on and just relax.

Hotel: Contemporary - walk to MK and rail to Epcot, perfect! DVC: Boardwalk - walk/boat to Epcot and DHS and rail to MK from Epcot, not bad! Though, bus service from the Epcot resort loop is terrible, so that's a draw back to the Boardwalk. Staying at Old Key West for the first time in 2 weeks, we'l...

This isn't even a contest. Stitch is taking it easily. Tomorrowland isn't doing so well overall with Stitch, Laugh Floor and Autopia.
