I noticed this on our trip a few weeks ago. I did not try them but if the nuggets are whole muscle breast meat there should be no loss in terms of quality. Price was probably a factor and a order of nuggets will cook faster than the strips. Mmmmm...El Pirata y El Perico. I LOVE that restaurant! Alas...
