I'm really glad they gave them all new swimsuits. 'Evil' Russel running around in his underpants was stomach turning.

I still haven't found anyone in this group that I'd like to see win. I'd like to like Shambo, but from what they've shown, I think she would drive me crazy irl.

Even though TTA was one of my favorite things at WDW...I find myself strangely agreeing with you on this change. It has a retro Peoplemover feel to it. I don't think they are done with it either. They will most likely add more to it which will make it a complete experience like the Peoplemover used...

I don't understand 'evil' Russel's strategy at all. "I'll make everyone miserable, so we lose and go to tribal council a lot, and then they won't vote me out because I'm the fat old guy and they never vote out the fat old guy"? Has he seen this show before? Seems like an interesting group ...

Are they getting rid of that walkway that connects you to Tomorrowland? I loved that path. I was wondering about that, too, but if you look at the over-layed blueprints/google earth image, it looks like it's still there. You can see part of it extending from, uh, Dumboland beside the race track. I'...

Wow. This looks pretty impressive. Not sure if I like the idea yet or not, but it certainly makes an impact. Anyone else think it seems like a throw down between Giant!Fantasyland and HarryPotterLand? It also seems a bit weird to make a new Cinderella mini land when she already owns the best real es...

Pixar and Disney characters are kind of like cousins, if not siblings. The only reason they don't fit more seamlessly into the parks is because of how Disney has integrated them. Toy Story Mania works, why? Not just because it's awesome but because it's in DHS and even more now that they made a lan...

When I first heard this yesterday, I thought someone was making a bad joke. Sadly... (which brings up a whole new point to all the comic fanboys and girls who think this is the "end of Marvel," and the comics will be toned down; ABC broadcasts some pretty darn edgy stuff and it's owned by ...

This is why I believe the imagineers purposely added so many facets to the ride so that everyone comes up with their own conclusions...who knows? Maybe there isn't an "original" story. (not likely, since Disney puts a story behind everything...but you never know. Maybe they thought they c...

Hmm. Going back through my requests (which I apparently haven't made since April, and then before that since December..), I think the one in there the most is the Who Killed Cock Robin? track from Toontown. Just because it's a cool track. I've requested the old Radok preshow from Universe of Energy ...

The storyline I was told for HM on the Keys to the Kingdom tour (which is fantastic - I highly recommend it) was that the bride was supposed to marry the owner of the mansion (Gracey? no names were given) but the night of the wedding he caught her upstairs with another man. The men fought and I can...

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if they closed off all or most of Fantasyland during such a big rehab of the land. If I remember correctly, when Fantasyland in DL was redone in 1983 (or maybe 1982) the entire land was closed off. The drawbridge on Sleeping Beauty's Castle was closed (for only ...

When I did the dining with an Imagineer thing in 2004, he said that his current project was a Buzz/Toy Story meet and greet for the Tomorrowland station, which was going to be redesigned to fit that theme. Apparently that got canceled at some point... Putting another restaurant in Fantasyland would ...

Thank you for the clarification Dis... I agree about trying to fit all of the aspects of each country into a small pavilion. But I still love it! What part of Canada are you from? Southern Ontario. No totem poles in Toronto. ;) Actually, nothing about the pavilion reminds me of Toronto. I always fo...

Now, I have only been to Vancouver & Victoria B.C., so I can only speak for them...but I believe that the pavilion is mainly modeled after Western Canada. I remember seeing totem poles and lodges and having a more rustic feel to certain areas. I get that feeling when walking through the pavilio...

I am a dolewhip person (not the float, just the ice cream), though a good frozen coke is nice, too. I used to like the pickles you could get at Aunt Polly's but those are sadly a thing of the past.
