Re: Looking for the Jungle Cruise Background...
Yep. Tried that. The only thing I find is two small songs that is part of it: "someone's rocking my dreamboat" is one. And the other is a 1:39 long queue piece that's just music. I was hunting the one with the radio snippets and jokes. Where did it go?

Re: Looking for the Jungle Cruise Background...
I've been looking for this background as well... and thought I hit the jackpot when I found this thread. But I can't find any 'area loop' when I search through requests. Where did it go?

My understanding on the newsboy is that's it's about perspective. He's supposed to be yelling down the street/alley in front of him.

Jeremy Irons is still my favorite. Judy is my least favorite of all and it didn't help her cause to change the ride dialog in some of the key scenes.

It's also nice to see that spot used as a restaurant again after such a long absence.

Re: Skipper's Cantina Restaurant
I think they had no idea how popular Be Our Guest was going to be. I love that it's a nice place to chill during lunch. A Jungle Cruise themed restaurant should be awesome if they theme it with the same feel as the ride since that it what has made the ride such a cult classic.

Re: For those who love Spaceship Earth...
I don't really mind the auto narration in LWtL because to be honest i miss the original song from the beginning of the ride before the greenhouses more than i miss the live narration

Main Street at Casey's Corner. Great time when waiting for the parade and the fireworks. No matter how bad i look by the end of the day, there is ALWAYS someone walking by who looks the worse for wear than i do!

Re: What ride/attraction won't you ride?
I agree that the DLR version seems to flow better than the WDW version... I have only seen the WDW version of Fantasmic, (a DL trip is on my bucket list, since i live on the east coast), but i do have a recording of the music from a CD set I found. I liked it, really i did....but WDW has Maleficent...

Re: Great Movie Ride - Western or Gangster?
Gangster. Although, the last time I went through i had the most horrible tour guide on property. She was so bad, i mean over-the-top, the whole car was trying very hard not to bust out laughing. So the few minutes I had with Gangster were golden compared to the rest of the performance. Either way, i...

My uncle and his wife sat with their 5 year old granddaughter between them, no problem. They were not too happy to be riding, but the 5 year old loved it!

I love AKL. it's my home resort and I have stayed there several times. There is just something about waking up and going outside to your balcony and seeing giraffes right in front of you. If you like the decor/theming of Africa at AK then you would LOVE the lodge. I'll try to take some pics this time.

Re: Theme VS Thrill
I prefer the theme, although i like the thrill :D I have to say people at my job look at me funny for my repeat visits to Disney. But then again, I am not a beach-going person and they all go to the beach that is a hour away or the mountains which is 8 hours or so. I prefer to drive 5 and through im...
