This is getting a little off topic but I wanted to say that my city had the same debate several years ago and finally banned smoking in all public places. This is the second year in a row that they are offering the free dining for Canadians (Late August-late Sept.2006 and 2007). We were planning the trip and planning to pay for the DPP but now we save $1600.00!!! I love the freedom the DPP gives us...free to indulge and just laugh when you get a bill ...
