I like the new logo & I'm neither here nor there about the new name. I'll probably just keep calling it "The Studio" as I always have.

Very nice! I agree that a just a bit of crop could go a long way. As far as my surprise shot... it's actually composed of three seperate shots combined into one. I was waiting for a bus at the Poly when I snapped a few shots of the monorail swooshing overhead. Only one of those shots looked good to ...

What used to be one sweet looking area is now one big layer cake. First you have the wonderful theater replica. On top of that you now have a cool, yet horribly misplaced sorcerer hat. On top of that you often have a stage set up for whatever promotions may be going on at the time. If you want a goo...

I'm always up for fresh creativity, even if focused on an existing ride. Disney has been "freshening up" stories for years. It's not like they created the dtories of Aladdin, the Little Mermaid, Tarzan etc. They just knew how to make it more interesting and marketable to today's audiance. ...

I guess "We're Not Gonna Take It" is a better selection than "You're Gonna Burn in H-E-Double Hockey Stick!" That's coming from another middle-aged white guy; not that I think race has anything to do with it. 8)

Thanks and you can! Trust me, I said the same thing before I got my hands on a Canon Rebel XT and a slight learning curve. If you want it, you can do it! :) Update: 11/15/06 FYI... A few more photos have recently been added. http://flickr.com/photos/dawholagn/sets/72157594316899850/ Check out my gal...

Heh, I just got done listening to this weeks "Inside the Magic" podcast and someone called in from WDW stating that he heard from a CM that the plan is to remove Stitch within the next three years. Granted some CM's often pass out false info.

You've got to face it.. Stitch can be funny and entertaining in moderate doses. Disney only has themselves to blame for "tainting" this character amongst Disney enthusiasts. Movie after movie, added into the resort the wake-up calls, monorail and let's not forget darn near injecting himsel...

Thanks Dr. Ravenscroft! Tilt Shift altering is a lot of fun, but you have to have the right angle for it to come out right. Usually "from above" pictures work best. The native resolution for my photos are 3456x2304. Thankfully a Flickr Pro account alots you a very good amount of space. I h...

I would opt for the hopper myself; but this is mostly due to knowing the parks as well as I do. I rarely eat two meals in the same park each day. However since this is your first trip to WDW you probably wouldn't use a hopper to the extent that some of us would. The only real problem you might encou...
