Winamp and Streaming Audio

Can anybody offer a solution? I have Mediacom for my isp and Winamp is how I listen to Subsonic, but it seems to cut out after a very short time. I have a relatively new computer with plenty of RAM so I know that cannot be the problem. I also have a decent network along with wireless speakers in my ...

Request line #2

Thank you so much for the second request line. My I.E. setup ate itself and now I am unable to get the first request line any longer. I've already got my computer set up and am excited that I do not have to find alternate ways to get my fix.

hrmmm, which one....

I am unsure which one I would choose if only one was to exist. I fell in love with EPCOT the first year it opened when I was in 6th grade. It was a combination of all of the cool technological stuff being exhibited along with being able to see 'snapshots' of the world. When it comes down to it, I th...

Some 70s cartoons were great too

One of my favorite things to do was to wake up early in the morning and watch Johnny Quest. I know it is not exactly an 80's cartoon, but I really liked it, much better than the new version. I also really liked Woody Woodpecker, Pink Panther, and G-Force. Casper the Friendly Ghost and Richie Rich we...

I was in 6th grade on my first trip. We stayed at the Contemporary and rode the monorail to the only park then (Magic Kingdom). It was the year before the opening of EPCOT and somehow my parents and I were able to go again the following year to see it. My memories of the Contemporary are just of the...

I am just not sure I am ready for all of the remakes that have been coming out recently from all of the studios. I hope this Witch Mountain movie is well thought out and not just another continuation of a movie franchise. I barely remember the original, so it would be great to see it again. I wish t...

I think I will make sure to use some of my DVD points for the enchanted calls. I'm not sure what all I am going to use my points for, but my children may be receiving some calls on their birthdays :goofy_bounce:

Been a while since I looked at new audio tracks

I guess I need to keep up with the new audio tracks more often. I can't wait to request some of these. For some reason, Dreamflight was not on my Treasured list.

Music track my wife won't listen to

My wife doesn't mind my Disney obsession except for when Carousel of Progress audio comes on. After getting stuck on that 'ride' for what she says was 30 minutes, she can't take listening to that audio any more.

Re: Eating lunch

My wife and I were on our honeymoon and just having a fun time at MGM and ate lunch at the one restaurant that had everything mismatched - I think it was Italian food. Anyways, we got our food and were eating and she poked her fork into her seafood salad and pulled out calimari. Well, she started la...

I'm glad there is a background music option. When I get tired of the request 'line', I switch to the background music since it has such a variety.

Re: How did you all find Subsonicradio.com?

I found it just by luck when searching for streaming audio to listen to and did not have live365 any longer. I think I actually found it through shoutcast as well as a few others that I only listen to in the rare instances when subsonic is having problems
