As others have said, definitely take clothes that you can layer. Take gloves (just in case! - I learned the hard way one year!) If you have time to check out the decorations at the other resorts - I highly recommend doing so. The Deluxe resorts are more ornately decorated than the moderates or value...

Thanks for the info - I've used Google Earth 3D views before, but never thought of going to WDW. I can't wait to show some family members who will be going with us in August for their 1st trip. (Maybe it'll help DBIL get an idea of how big WDW is?!? )

HM will be open for Halloween - supposed to open ~ Sept. 13.

As many have already said, it's a really tough choice - but I'd have to say my top 2 are: Germany (for the Bavarian atmosphere) and the UK (for the Rose and Crown).
