Cast Member "Spirit" ReEnergizing

For all you cast members past and present: When you have a very rough day, week, month of guests being rude and ruining the spirit of Disney, where did/do you go? or What did/do you do to Re-energize that Spirit in yourself. I like to Go watch people watching Wishes, stand in the star tunnel at Spac...

this is hardly even a fair comparison. I don't think I've ever met someone who liked Haunted Mansion enough to watch it a 2nd time. Pirates, I know many people who saw the first 2 showings. of each movie.

I'm curious, without giving names, what is the highest level Disney Employee that has talked to you about this site? Hourly, Supervisor, Manager, VP of Ops, VP of Parks, Al Weiss?

OK, that was well-thought of dribble. If I had to choose to make a new attraction based on an animation by Disney, or by a very popular Pixar I know what I'd choose. Except for Bug's Life, and the short Boundin' Everything they have handed us has been quality entertainment, with Disney's attention t...

If you look around, you can find 2 of the 3 old dreamcatchers at WDW and if you ever go to the haunted mansion in DLP you can see Dreamfinder. He's the mayor of the old west town, and when he tips his hat, his head comes off.

Fastpass is supposed to make the wait 5-10 minutes...if you're waiting 15-20, the ride broke down, they are allowing in too many people with late tickets, or the cast member is not doing their job at the merge point

one good way to solve everyone's problems is just get rid of fastpass

fastpass triples the stand-by line. So if soarin as a 90 minute wait, it would have only about 30-40 without fastpass.

automatic gratuity and set wages are the worst thing Disney could do. Making people "earn" their wages through tipping is one thing that keeps everyone on the staff performing their roles with Disney Spirit.

Yes, you will find that the only way to obtain a fastpass is with a VALID park ticket, which means that you must use it to enter the park. I think its really funny to see the guy who runs ahead of the whole crowd and has 20 tickets, and then doesn't bother to look and comes back later with 19 invali...

That would be nuts to have 2 mountains and another rollercoaster all in one place. I don't see that one coming true. Although, I found it interesting that before Everest was conceived they talked about making it Mt. Fuji and putting it in the Japanese pavilion at Epcot, but scrapped it because Kodak...

Cost effective, yes, but considering how few people ride th boat ride...It was probably either automate it or close it.
