As we love snacking through WS here are my picks: Mexico: Nachos at Cantina de San Angel Norway: Open-faced turkey & cheese or almond pretzel at Kringla Bakery og Cafe China: Skip it, you've had fried rice a zillion times before and their version is pretty bland in my opinion. Germany: Big soft ...

2 huge bowls of Clam Chowder at the Crew's Cup Lounge at the Yacht Club Resort will definately fill you up on a chilly evening such as the one they're about to have tonight! (down to a low of 35" in Orlando tonight!) At $5 bucks a bowl, it is a great value for a really nice large portion in a g...

rdeacon just wanted to say I LOVE the new adventureland theme! One of my favorite memories as a kid was going over the bridge to Adventureland in a stroller! The wooden planks made for a bumpy and fun ride all my own! Thanks for the great theme.

You won't find a better works bar anywhere else on WDW Property than Pecos Bill's. Grilled Mushrooms and Onions! Sauerkraut! Plus there are so many great places to sit and enjoy the atmosphere there. Cool and dark on a hot day.

Wow this is a GREAT topic! The best WDW smell is when the doors to the monorail open and you get out at the CONTEMPORARY! The Contemporary, as well as the Polynesian, have some kind of a musty 70's smell that takes me right back to being a little girl again! It's amazing what a smell can do to take ...

A great way to avoid people but still get to people-watch is to get a Bratwurst & a Lowenbrau at the Sommerfest and sit outside at one of the little metal tables. It's fun to watch the German Cast Members chit chat with each other in German, listen to the clock, and watch the people lining up fo...

I can't believe so many people chose Sci-Fi as their favorite. Too loud and way too many kids for me & my sweetie. We love a quiet(er) booth at Mama Melrose. The 4 cheese flatbread is bigger than the plate it comes on and is only $11.99. Sysfail always gets the Eggplant Napoleon and it is delici...

All that construction for a PIN CART?!? I used to LOVE Sorcery in the Sky fireworks too-- the Chinese Theatre was so classy and such a great focal point and ooooohhh factor when you first walked into the parks. Now it is all but a forgotten attraction.

I think there are way too many busses at WDW. I wish they would run monorails or boats to all the different parks & resorts. I would settle for a tram for those land-locked hotels. :mickey:

Grab a 6 pack from any of the resort gift shops (cheaper than in the parks!), and head out onto your favorite balcony or pool. Soak up the sun and people watch. aaaaahhhhhhhh bliss.

Flame Tree Barbeque at Animal Kingdom. You get corn and baked beans along with your delicious pulled bbq sandwich. Grab extra bbq sauce and napkins, and then head down to the farthest tables you can find, and sit along the water. You can watch people screaming down Expedition Everest while you wipe ...

Congratulations! I am a former Cast Member, and I can tell you that WDW does NOT get old no matter how many times you go or how long you work there. I guess the only difference is that now that I have seen "backstage" at Disney and what happens, you are more appreciative and more aware of ...

Get your bearings.

I love to check into the hotel, then either drive around again or ride the transportation all around to take it all in. Riding the boats & monorails is a great way to see it all without actually going into a park the first night. Afterwards a swim and some relaxing, then a great dinner and back ...
