Re: My Treasures

I also have not been on the site since the fall. I typically get hooked on it for a month or two and then move on, but come back again and get hooked again. Was surprised to see the changes. The new look and arrangement is great, however I am missing my "treasures". Can't wait to see the &...

Re: Where is your Favorite place to sit and listen to the mu

There are many, many spots to sit and listen to some great Disney music - to relax or reminisce or get patriotic or get pumped up or whatever. But for a truly unique "music participation" experience, nothing beats "Piano Man" Bob Jackson at the Port Orleans Riverside bar in the e...

Re: My Favorite Disney Walks

I like walking from the Yacht Club in through the "back entrance" to Epcot World Showcase. It seems like a much better "approach" to the historic countries by strolling along the river lined with trees, rather than across the rather sterile and overly modern and concrete entrance...

Re: Wilderness Lodge Loop Track List

Thanks, that's one of my favorite tracks and I don't recognize some of the tunes on it. This will help. Thanks again.

My favorite is the Bread Pudding dessert at Ohana. Delightful blend of spices! Wish I could be eating one now!

My favorite is the Jungle Cruise, simply because it was the first queue I encountered on my first visit to MK in 1979. I had never seen anything like it before and I was very impressed. Sure, there are probably better ones, but that one always brings back memories of that first feeling of awe.

Re: Favorite people watching location

How about the "magic surprise squirting fountains" in front of the Imagination pavilion at Epcot. Kids are just tickled by the surprise bursts of water from one red & blue circle to the next. And running under them and getting sprayed. I could watch those smiles and giggles for hours.

Re: I have only ......... days/months till I go again.

I have a question for those in the know... My birthday is in just over a week...so our WDW trip will be less than 3 weeks after my birthday. Because of that, I plan on getting a birthday button/pin when I get there. (Note: I went on my birthday...12/27...back in 2001 and that was my first and last ...

Re: DVC...Coming to the Poly!!

Does anyone know what the construction schedule is for this? DW and I will be there in mid January and we're hoping to grab some sushi at the Kona Island Sushi Bar. If you go to this site and look through the "news" tab for the past few entries, you will see some of the timetables as well...

Re: Disney Expanding Cancellation Fees

Despite cancellations not being required in the past, there were often cancellations anyway, usually within a few days of the reservations. This is probably due to people getting to WDW and starting to finalize their schedules for each day based on weather, park preferences each day, realizing their...

Our last trip was the trip for water it seems. We were as wet as we've ever gotten on both Splash and Kali! Fortunately it was warm while we were there!

Great video. Makes us want to pack up and head for the sun....and warmth!

Re: New Stream - Future Land!!

This is a good stream for background. Just wish some of the other streams were back online. Soarin', Star Tunnel, Living Seas, Holiday...it's nice to mix it up from day to day.
