Re: Alcohol at MK?

I'm ok with it as long as it's having a drink with dinner inside a restaurant. I wouldn't want to see people walking around with plastic cups full of beer. That would be tacky.

Re: Changes coming to Norway Pavillion

[quote="Wyntuck"] Change Maelstrom to be more about Frozen rather than Norway in general, and then change the movie at the end to feature a film about the myths and legends of the Scandinavian countries. Thor and other Norse gods, trolls, etc. would be fun, especially if they had 3 or 4 di...

Re: Changes coming to Norway Pavillion

If adding elements of Frozen will help people/kids want to check out the Norway pavilion, seems like the idea is a plus. Sometimes a hook is a good idea get people in. I always check out each country either way, but I'll be interested to see how this new aspect will make Norway look.

Have you tried staying at a value resort? They are very comfortable and affordable. Be on the lookout for free dining plan too.

Re: The Land: New Background Music

Changes are always hard, especially when they get rid of something you like. Hoping they always keep the music on the Living with the Land ride, the one played at the end of the ride. That and what's playing right after you leave the farmhouse is my favorite: "here at Epcot we're learning to......

There are so many places but one place I would love to sleep over is at Magic Kingdom and sleep inside the Carosel of Progress!

Re: Christmas Day Parade

I know, I think they tape it around the first week in December. I'm usually a go in September girl, but really want to go at least once to see everything decorated at Christmas and maybe get to see some of the parade taping. My family knows on Christmas Day, though, we can't open presents until the ...

Re: You know you're a WDW nut when...

At dinner at a restaurant one night my niece was given crayons and asked her "Tee Tee" to also color. I drew the 3 circles that make up a Mickey head. She immediately smiled, pointed and cried "Minnie Bowtique". She's two. WDW nut confirmed! :)

Re: Funniest Event you ever wittnessed at Disney

I always wondered if anyone ever got their tongue stuck back when Club Cool was Ice Station Cool and the whole entranceway was ice. We always ran our fingers along it but with all the people that go there, someone, sometime, had to stick their tongue on it.

Re: Fastpass+

That's too bad they are doing away with the fastpass kiosks. They should remain an option for those who don't want to plan all their options ahead of time. I was going to plan a couple fast pass +'s but after hearing this, will try to plan more. :(

Christmas Day Parade

I know this is a delayed reaction but I loved Neil Patrick Harris opening the 2013 Disney Parks Christmas day parade. The whole production showed exactly what I love about WDW. I still have it on my DVR and watch the opening whenever I need a little pick me up.
