I usually use Google Chrome, however I've used Internet Explorer just now to try as well - same result perhaps its a bug on the account? Should I create another?

Hi all, new to the forum :) I'm trying to request tracks on the main site but it won't let me do it. It seems every time I advance a page in the search engine it logs me out, and when I go to request a track it says I don't have enough points, but the status box on the left says I do? Not sure what ...
