Hmmm... the DHS hat has been there since my first visit to the parks, so I can't say for sure, but it does seem that the Chinese Theater was a better centerpiece for the park. I may be in the minority here, but I've never found closing my eyes on "scary" rides helpful. In fact I always found closing my eyes scarier, especially on coasters; psychologically, it has always helped me to see whatever's coming up on the ride and mentally prepare for it rather than clo...
