Re: FastPass

I like the FP - and is saves us tons of wait time. What I think Disney should do is enforce the return time. It would be painful, because I certainly take advantage of the return when you want. By enforcing the return time, the crowds would be distributed in the manner intended.

Re: Star Wars Weekend Celebrity Lineup released

I was there last year on the first day of SWW, and will be there again this year. It was JAMMED. I wanted to get a pin and maybe a 2nd item from the store, and the wait to get into the special store was almost 2 hours. Last year was the 30th anniversary of the release of ?????, so it was special. I ...

Re: Snap Your Fingers and you are at . . . . . .

Early morning - and I need Tonga Toast for breakfast. Since I'm right at the MK, might as well catch a ride on Splash Mtn while I'm close by, and then a quick photo with Mickey at his new diggs.

Droids with Duck Feet - go figure. Now I'll be looking for those on our upcoming May trip. There is always something else to spot at Disney World.

Re: favorite restaurant in the "World"

Not sure it would be my favorite, but I would like to share a first trip to the Wave. It was lovely and we plan to go back. Lunch was not busy, service was just right (aware of us but not crowding us), menu had lots of choices, and our salads were served crisp and cold and fresh. And those little d...

Re: Driving Disney World. Advice?

I have been to WDW many times, always drive, and stay off site about 1/3rd of the time. I often purchase an annual pass which will cover parking. The Hilton is the only non-Disney hotel in the downtown area that will receive extra magic hour privledges. You need to check about parking. Buses do trav...

Re: Which park has the best music?

What a tough question. I would have to choose AK and EPCOT, and probably give EPCOT the nod. There is just so much to experience at EPCOT, its hard not to vote for it.

This is great news. ANYTHING there will be a bonus. I'm sure they will contract out much of the dining, and even the shopping. Still, good news to fill this void at DTD.

It is a lovely sunny morning...somewhere...so I am heading on over to the Animal Kingdom to watch the animals wake up! I'll take that one also Amy. What a perfect way to start the morning. Watch the quick ceremony in front of the tree, then just take a leisurely stroll around AK. Eat lunch at Flame...

Re: You know you're a WDW nut when...

Thanks Amy. Its a 'labor of love' I must ask though...where is the Pluto pumpkin? ;) Actually Pluto was right beside Mickey. JACCA - I trace a print out onto the pumpkin by stabbing holes around the drawing. I use a pumpkin carving tiny saw blade to cut out the pumpkin. Takes about an hour to do th...
