Another huge loss for WDI. There are some really big shoes to fill at WDI. Agreed. Let's hope they at least consider advising WDI in future projects! I myself am aspiring to become an Imagineer someday, so hopefully I can rise to the challenge! But I personally don't think anyone will be as good as...

I am one of those also who likes to keep all bags, maps, resort welcome folder, and the tickets to my clothes. Since we stayed at the Yacht Club you had to have a wrist band to show you are a resort guest in the pool. I saved all my wrist bands from every day. My oddest purchased souvenir this year...

I keep the bags, tickets, maps, and fastpasses, but that's the only strange souveniers, I guess. This isn't a weird souvenier, but an awesomely cool one: one of my friends loves trains, Disney, and the Haunted Mansion, so for his birthday, his parents got him the Haunted Mansion model that connects...

Oh yeah- "California Girls"! Love the Paradise Pier BGM! In my opinion the best background music in DCA!

I thought Country Bears was good for a laugh, and I have a DVD copy just so I have a complete Disney collection (I'm such a nerd...), but I personally liked Haunted Mansion, even if it didn't come close to doing the ride justice. It still had its funny scenes, and at least they tried to pay some tri...

Well I keep pretty much EVERYTHING you all mentioned above- bags, park maps, price tags, receipts, tickets, cards, even Fastpasses! As for my oddest souvenir (from a shop), I have Build-a-pins that I made at Disneyland and Walt Disney World. I also have a couple of the Piece of Disney History pins. ...

Re: Disney Pins on Sale at Outlet

I don't know if anyone is near a Disney Theme Park store outlet, NOT the Disney Store.... I was just at the one here in Miami yesterday to buy pins for trading at WDW in 3 weeks. Well, all their pins, ALL OF THEM, are on sale for $1.99 a piece!! Seriously, all limited edition ones with $8.95 to $12...

I like the Soarin' over the world idea, as well as the Horizons-type experience, but maybe there could be more added? Here's a thought- since Soarin' is in Future World, why not do some sort of version where maybe it goes in a completely different direction- say, I don't know, space or the ocean? I ...

Hello, I'm new here... Anyway, I love this site already, but I would like to maybe see more of the safety spiel stuff and maybe a more current opening announcement (if that's possible). More specifically, I'd like to see some of the Paradise Pier stuff on here, such as the old safety messages from S...
