My home PC is the one not allowing my to listen. The message I get is about protocol settings any ideas?

Yes I am still having a problem. The message is saying Windows Player can't support the protocol. I've tried web help but it doesn't seem to work. Opened Media Player and all other music works. Not sure if I'm missing something?

Anyone else getting an error message. I've tried to click on to instrumental and keep getting the error message.
