Re: Considering Tokyo trip - suggestions?

Well... I was there last January. I agree with one of the guys that said the metro system and trains are a great way to get there, but we all know that staying at a Disney Hotel has that extra magical thing we all love... that's your choice. I was there in Christmas and New Year's season, it was wa...

Re: Aulani Resort on O'ahu

Someday I would love to go here with Dh. I looks so lovely and why not add Disney with a beautiful vacation. Maybe for our 20yr anniversary or something.

Re: Nostalgia Land?

It does sound like a nice idea but I have to wonder if there really are enough of "us"? I mean we still have CoP but is it ever crowded? Too many people just want things that go fast. True. I love COP but when we ride (with Dd pouting b/c she would rather ride space mountain) there...

Re: Reserve ride time from home?

the problem I see with this is people reserving times on rides then not even attending that park. How would that be addressed? Right now, you can't get a FastPass without being in the park. But imagine if you are home and trying to plan out your trip. You could have the best intentions of fulfillin...

Re: Fantasyland Expansion...

Now that's a good attitude! Rather than leaving it untouched, it would be great if they could renovate the ride. But animatronics might seem a little dated...how about animatronics for the 1900s scenes, and then 3D holograms for the future scene. That might really get people interested in it. If an...

Re: Spectromagic or The Electric Light Parade?

I was really looking forward to ELP, that is what I had grown up wanting to see and show my Dd.

It was one of those moments that the memory was better than the actual event. ELP was alright but I do prefer Spectro more.

Re: What ride(s) have you ridden the most?

This past trip everyone rode EE the most. The first park hour they would manage to ride it 3 times, I think they did it 9 times on this past trip.

Re: Mickey's Toontown Fair officially leaving..

I am bummed we didn't take the time to visit that part last week. We were with another family who didn't move at our pace and we just didn't get over there. I would have liked to ride Goofy's Barnstormer one more time over there with Dd before everything is changed around/ moved/ removed.

Re: Which park has the best music?

I love the music at Animal Kingdom, I could find a bench and just sit there all day slowly moving myself to each "land" over the course of a day. I also like the music of Epcot.

I was excited to find the shirt on this last trip in the ASMu resort shop. I had forgotten to get it at Epcot and now I proudly have mine to wear!

This is not my photo, so I take no credit for it. I saw this a few years ago on another Disney fan site.
